Student housing and accommodations
You may choose to live in student residence or in private accommodations off-campus.
Living in Student Residence
Most CEGEPS have accommodations reserved for full-time students.
On-campus residences generally offer two types of accommodations:
- Furnished rooms that can be individual or double
- Furnished apartments
For meals, some residences have communal kitchens, whereas others allow students to put fridges and microwaves in their rooms. Meals are not included.
Students moving into residence may have access to different services, some of which cost extra: cable TV, internet access in the room, laundry room in the residence, etc.
The number of places in residence is limited, so submit your request for a reservation sooner rather than later.
CEGEPs can offer you a list of private accommodations (rooms and apartments) for rent near campus.
In all cases, students are responsible for making their own bookings.
For more information on the booking process and services related to on or off-campus accommodations, consult your CEGEP’s website.
