This program provides the appropriate tools and techniques that will enable you to accomplish a variety of tasks within the tourism industry: inquire about the customers needs, investigate itineraries and prices, investigate the availability and the suitability of various methods of transportation, draw up itineraries, make hotel and transportation reservations, give information concerning sightseeing and travel with a group as a guide.
