Cégep Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu is the sole college-level establishment its city and region. In 2018, it celebrated its 50th anniversary, but it has been a part of its community, starting as a seminary, for over 100 years!
Today, the cégep welcomes over 3,200 students in 17 pre-university and technical programs, plus five double DECs, along with nearly 2,700 adults in the adult education and business services sector.
AN ENGAGING ENVIRONMENT
Every year, nearly 400 faculty and staff collaborate to provide high-quality instruction. Located on a campus surrounded by trees, the cégep is known for its exemplary quality of life, as well as for its friendly staff who develop warm, personal connections.
